Sales Manager

Min Exp: 2 years – Location: Miami Beach, FL  –  Position Status: Full-Time

Direct, coordinate and review activities in sales operations. Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures including price schedules and discount rates. Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams. Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all products. Establish sales objectives. Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors in the OTR Tires and Mining Industry. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers the correct tire protection chain size which is suitable for the right size, thickness and type of OTR tire. Visiting key accounts every quarter in different part of the United States as well as attending key events and exhibitions.

The sales manager will visit key accounts occasionally, 3 or 4 times a year. These customers are located in mineral-rich states, namely Nevada, West Virginia, and Arizona. These visits take 1-2 business days each, and they are not planned ahead. They depend on the client needs and the introduction of new products. The sales manager will also attend the annual trade fairs related to the industry, such as the TIA (Tire Industry Association) Exhibition and Elko Mining Expo, which happen once a year.
